Counselling for seniors offers a gentle, supportive space to navigate the many changes that come with later life—whether that is coping with grief, adjusting to life transitions, or facing the challenges of memory loss. Having someone to talk to can bring comfort, reduce feelings of isolation, and help make sense of difficult emotions.
In our work together, I integrate elements of art therapy, inviting creative expression as another way to process experiences that may feel hard to put into words. Through conversation and creativity, counselling can support healing, strengthen resilience, and bring a renewed sense of connection and peace in everyday life.
