I know it can be challenging to see your child or teen struggle with anxiety, trauma, grief, or difficult life transitions. I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate this alone. I’m here to support you and your child in a compassionate, safe space where they can express their feelings, be heard, and begin healing.
In our work together, I use a variety of approaches, such as somatic, narrative and expressive arts therapy including play therapy, which is especially effective for younger children or those who have trouble expressing themselves verbally. Through play, art, and movement, your child can explore their emotions in a non-threatening way, gaining deeper insights into their experiences. This allows them to feel seen and understood while also building coping skills.
We’ll work together to identify goals, develop small steps for change, and help your child discover their own strength and resilience. This may involve setting boundaries, finding their voice, or shifting unhelpful patterns of thinking.
I’m here to guide you and your child through this process, helping them connect with their inner wisdom and move toward healing and self-awareness. Reaching out for help is a brave step, and I’m honored to support you on this journey.
