I am here to support you. I warmly welcome you into the therapeutic space that allows you to connect with your feelings and thoughts, your experiences and current perspectives, and to be heard and seen in it. It takes courage to share your difficulties to someone. I honour you for showing up and together we will navigate the waves of unknown waters. I will work with you as a compassionate and transparent ally.
Our presence and curiosities will gently guide you to explore through your body and your nervous system. As I hold space, you discover and gain greater awareness how your thoughts are connected to your emotions that create your actions. In the therapeutic process we will create goals together and develop steps how you can shift in your current circumstances.
It may mean to set boundaries, learn new ways of communicate, find your true voice, reframe thoughts and express emotions, reexamine beliefs, rewrite an old narrative about yourself you carry or simply learn listening more deeply within, to your heart and what nurtures you.
What I am passionate about is that this space creates an opportunity to meet oneself in what is real and true, a space inside where happiness, wisdom and clarity come from.
In our sessions I will offer different ways to explore yourself through somatic, narrative and expressive arts inquiry. During this process I listen for subtleties and reflect back to you what I notice, holding space for acknowledgement and healing.
